How is my payment processed?Updated a year ago

Here is a brief description of our process: 

  • Every order is reviewed, if we have questions about your billing or shipping information we will email you within 24 business hours and work with you to resolve any issues so that your order can ship ASAP.
  • Your credit card will be charged (no longer a pending charge) upon shipment of your purchase. You will receive an email to notify you of the shipment of your order within 2-3 business days.
  • We do not charge cards if your billing information does not match the address your credit card company has on file for you.
  • Some international credit cards are not accepted even if you are shipping within the United States.
