If you received a gift that you would like to exchange for size or style reasons please click HERE to process a return or exchange. We will need the following information:
- Shopify Order number on the packing slip
- Gift recipient's zip code as it appeared on the shipping label.
- Gift recipient's full name as it appeared on the shipping label.
- Email address at which you'd like to receive your return shipping label and merchandise credit.
You'll be able to process a size exchange, or a return for a gift card to our site.
Didn't receive a packing slip with your gift? No worries! Send us an email at support@Seavees.com sharing the first and last name of the individual who placed the order (and their email if you have it!)
