What is your return policy?

Holiday 2020 Return Policy

Any NON FINAL SALE items purchased after November 9th, 2020 will be eligible to be returned/exchanged up until January 15th, 2021. If you experience any difficulties with our online return platform, please reach out and we would be glad to assist you. This applies to items purchased at our Santa Barbara Flagship store as well.

We offer a 30-day return/exchange window for your unused items. You can process a return or size exchange for your order here and we will email you a return label.

Before processing your return, make sure your item(s) meet the following criteria:

  • You made your purchase within the past 30 days.
  • The item you purchased is still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • The item you purchased is still in its original shoebox. (unaltered)
  • The item you purchased is not a Final Sale item
    • Final Sale items are eligible for size exchange or return for web credit. 

(Socks, hats, shirts and other goods are eligible for return if they are unused and still in their original packaging)
