What is your Exchange Policy?

While we hope that you are happy with your SeaVees purchase, we understand that sometimes shoes don’t fit or that you may have changed your mind on a color or style. That’s not a problem, you may return or exchange your items free of charge based on the following criteria:

  • You made your purchase within the past 30 days.
  • The item you purchased is not a Final Sale item.
  • The item you purchased is still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • The item you purchased is still in its original shoebox. (unaltered)

To return or exchange:

  • Go to SeaVees RETURN & EXCHANGE page and follow the prompts. 
  • Print your free return shipping label.
  • For exchanges simply select "Too Small" or "Too Large" as your return reason, and you will be prompted to select a different size that will be sent out right away. If your size is out of stock, please process the return and we'll refund you when the shoes arrive at our warehouse. You can reorder once your correct size is back in stock.
  • Drop off your return at any USPS location within 10 business days. 

Once we receive your return or exchange shipment at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process a full refund for the returned item (this does not include outbound shipping charges). You will receive a refund notification via email once this has been completed.
