The shoes I received are damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you have received a shoe or other SeaVees product that is damaged or defective, please contact customer success and include your order number (you can find this in your original post-purchase confirmation email), a photo of the damaged part of the shoe, and a photo of the label on the inside of the tongue.

Please note: If you bought your SeaVees through a third party retailer, please contact the store directly and they will contact us to resolve the problem.
