The shoes I received are damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you have received a shoe or other SeaVees product that is damaged or defective, we want to make it right.

Please fill out this form, and we will get back to you as soon as humanly possible. You'll need your order number (you can find this in your original post-purchase confirmation email), a photo of the damaged part of the shoe, and a photo of the label on the inside of the tongue to complete the form.

Please note: If you bought your SeaVees through a third party retailer, please contact the store directly and they will contact us to resolve the problem.
