If there's a manufacturer's defect (excluding normal wear and tear) we will exchange it for a new pair of shoes or issue you store credit for the paid price of your damaged or defective pair.
Please fill out this form (note: you'll need to include your order number-- you can find this in your original post-purchase confirmation email, a photo of the damaged part of the shoe, and a photo of the label on the inside of the tongue).
