Because of this, we offer a SeaVees 100% Craftsmanship Guarantee that extends one full year past your original purchase date from SeaVees.com
If there's a manufacturer's defect (excluding normal wear and tear) we will exchange it for a new pair of shoes or issue you store credit for the full price of your original purchase.
Please fill out this form (note: you'll need to include your order number-- you can find this in your original post-purchase confirmation email, a photo of the damaged part of the shoe, and a photo of the label on the inside of the tongue).
If you want to get someone on the phone, you can request a callback from the Support 'Widget' hovering in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. You can access the 'request a callback' option after you search the help center content, within that 'widget'. We will do our best to resolve your problem in a timely manner.
