I made a mistake. How do I change or cancel my order?

SeaVees now offers a solution for customers who need to change or cancel their orders. 2 hours post purchase, the customer will have the ability to cancel the order without contacting SeaVees.

If you need to adjust the address or change the color/size/style of the sneaker you ordered, your current order will be cancelled and refunded allowing you to make a brand new purchase of the correct sneaker.

This can be done from the "Thank you" screen immediately following checkout or from a link at the bottom of your Order Confirmation email (pic below).

All orders will proceed to be shipped after this 2 hour period. We will assist with a free return, if the cancellation is requested after this 2 hour period.
