How do I process a return/exchange?

Please visit our returns page and you will be guided through an easy process to receive a USPS shipping label via email. 

(please note you'll need your shopify order number and shipping zip code)

Once you have received your USPS label follow these steps:

  • Print your return shipping label and tape it on the outside of your original shipping box.
  • For exchanges simply select "Too Small" or "Too Large" as your return reason, and you will be prompted to select a different size that will be sent out right away.
    • If your size is out of stock, please process the return and we'll refund you when the shoes arrive at our warehouse.
  • Drop off your return at any USPS location within 10 business days.
