How do I process a return/exchange?

We understand that sometimes shoes don’t fit or that you’ve changed your mind on a size, color or style. We will accept returns and exchanges for products that are unworn and in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please visit our returns page HERE and you will be guided through an easy process to receive a USPS shipping label via email. 

(please note you'll need your Shopify order number and shipping zip code)

Once you have received your USPS label follow these steps:

  • Print your return shipping label and tape it on the outside of your original shipping box.
  • For exchanges simply select "Too Small" or "Too Large" as your return reason, and you will be prompted to select a different size that will be sent out right away.
    • If your size is out of stock, please process the return and we'll refund you when the shoes arrive at our warehouse.
  • Drop off your return at any USPS location within 10 business days.
