We are open daily Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM PST. *If you place an order after 9 AM PST, it will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note we do not process orders on the weekends.
Once your order has been placed, you'll get an email confirmation. After it has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you'll get a second email with your shipment’s tracking number at which point you can track the status of its delivery. This email will arrive 24 hours after shipment to ensure accurate tracking info (we recommend you set up a new Customer Account to track the fulfillment and status of your order).

All flat-rate shipping packages ship via UPS Ground. *Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery in California and 5-7 business days for delivery elsewhere in the US. UPS 2-Day (2-3 business days) is also available. Please refer to chart below for shipping timelines.
All shipments are delivered on business days only, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
Our International shipping capabilities are currently on hold. We offer shipping to Canada, with plans to expand to other countries in 2021.
