Good Morning America (GMA) Return and Exchanges Policy

If you purchased your shoes during the GMA sale on September 3, 2019, you can find the return policy below:

While we hope that you are happy with your SeaVees purchase, we understand that sometimes shoes don’t fit or that you may have changed your mind. That’s not a problem, you may return your items free of charge based on the following criteria:

  • You made your purchase within the past 30 days*
  • The item you purchased is still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • The item you purchased is still in its original shoebox. (unaltered)
  • Please note only size exchanges can be made on GMA orders while supplies last.

To return:

  • Go to SeaVees-GMA RETURN page and follow the prompts. 
  • Print your free, prepaid USPS return shipping label.
    • If strictly returning your purchase, select "I do not want to exchange this item"
    • We are unable to facilitate Style and/or Color exchanges for the View Your Deal event
  • Drop off your return at any USPS location within 10 business days.  

Once we receive your return shipment at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process a full refund for the returned item. You will receive a refund notification via email once this has been completed. 

 

*The last day to process a return for Good Morning America is Friday, October 4th. Due to the nature of this sale, we are unable to make any exceptions after the deadline.
