Novel Coronavirus: Covid-19 Update

A note from us: Community is integral to everything we do at SeaVees and we know that this is a critical time to work together for better days ahead. To ensure the safety and health of those around us we are temporarily closing our retail location in Santa Barbara through March 27th. Our store’s employees will be paid during this closure and our HQ team will be working from home for the foreseeable future. Orders:  DUE TO STAFFING ADJUSTMENTS AT OUR WAREHOUSE IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID – 19 PROTECTION GUIDELINES all orders are processed and shipped from our California warehouse within 48 - 72 business hours of your order placement. 

As for the delayed shipment statuses, UPS is currently constrained in certain areas due to government restrictions regarding the coronavirus. Unfortunately this is out of their control and they will need to hold/delay some packages, thus being overloaded with current volume.
More info from USPS: Order adjustments due to work shipping address closures: We are here to help with this, please reach out to our team should you have scheduled a delivery to your work and are now working remotely. Returns: We are currently giving a full 28 days for you to drop your return off at the post office, or have it picked up from the US postal service. Returns Received: Our warehouse is taking the appropriate measures to ensure that any possible contamination is managed appropriately to ensure that there is no risk to the wellbeing of the staff and customers.
