Dear SeaVees customers,
Due to the recent impact of COVID–19, our payment gateway provider received a large spike in refund requests. This triggered a delay with some refund submissions from March 16—March 30th.
This was an isolated incident which has been corrected and all impacted refunds have now been successfully processed.
We apologize for this experience and are working with our payment processing partners to avoid similar problems in the future.
