How do I process a return/exchange?Updated 2 years ago

We understand that sometimes shoes don’t fit or that you’ve changed your mind on a size, color or style.

SeaVees offers free returns and exchanges for products that are unworn and in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. If you choose to exchange, we will ship your replacement pair right away while you work on sending us back the original pair of shoes.

Please visit our returns page HERE and you will be guided through an easy process to receive a USPS shipping label via email. Please note that you'll need your order number and shipping zip code to get started.

Once you have received your USPS label follow these steps:

  • Print your pre-paid return shipping label and tape it on the outside of your original shipping box.
  • Drop off your return at any USPS location within 10 business days.
