How do I process a return/exchange?Updated a month ago

We try our best to the make the return and exchange process easy (because we know it's so not fun). If you're not head over heels obsessed with your order, visit our customer care page and we'll get you into a pair you'll never want to part with.

Please visit our returns page HERE and you will be guided through an easy process to receive a USPS shipping label via email. Please note that you'll need your order number and shipping zip code to get started.

Once you have received your USPS label follow these steps:

  • Print your pre-paid return shipping label and tape it on the outside of your original shipping box.

OR

  • Screen shot the return QR code you receive via email and take it to the Post Office for them to print.
  • Drop off your return at any USPS location within 10 business days.
