Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return/exchange window for your unused items. You can process a return or size exchange for your order here and we will email you a return label.HOLIDAY POLICY: orders placed November through the end of 2021 have until January 31st

How long do exchanges take?

We don't wait for your return item(s) to be mailed :) Your exchange order is shipped within 24 business hours from when you requested the exchange. You are required to drop off your return item(s) at any USPS location within 10 business days.

How do I process a return/exchange?

We try our best to the make the return and exchange process easy (because we know it's so not fun). If you're not head over heels obsessed with your order, visit our customer care page and we'll get you into a pair you'll never want to part with.

How do I return or exchange a gift?
