How do I return or exchange a gift?Updated 2 years ago

If you received a gift that you would like to exchange for size or style reasons please click here to process a return or exchange. We will need the following information: 

  • The original order number
  • Gift recipient's zip code as it appeared on the shipping label.
  • Gift recipient's full name as it appeared on the shipping label.
  • Email address at which you'd like to receive your return shipping label and merchandise credit.

You'll be able to process a size exchange, or a return for a gift card to our site.

Didn't receive a packing slip with your gift? No worries! Please get in touch and share with us the first and last name of the individual who placed the order (and their email if you have it!)
