When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday–Friday from our California warehouse (excluding holidays). Standard processing takes up to 2 business days, though during sales it may take up to 4.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Ground Shipping takes 5–10 business days. Express Shipping arrives in 3 business days.
*Holiday Delivery Deadlines: Order by December 15 with Ground Shipping or December 18 with Express Shipping to receive your order by December 25.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $12. Express Shipping starts at $22.95.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO addresses?
Yes, via UPS SurePost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
When will I receive tracking info?
Tracking details are sent within 24 hours after your order ships.
What do I do if my order has not been delivered or is missing?
If your order has not arrived after 2 business days, please contact our team and we will replace the items if they are still in stock.
Please note the following regarding our missing/stolen packages process:
- SeaVees needs to be notified within a week of package status showing "delivered" according to your UPS/FedEx tracking link.
- We may need to wait up to 3-5 business days until UPS/FedEx confirms the package is not found.
- SeaVees will ship replacement or web credit as long as SeaVees is notified within 5 business days of delivery status.
