When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday–Friday from our California warehouse (excluding holidays). Standard processing typically takes up to 2 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing may take up to 4 business days.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5–10 business days (once received by the carrier)
- Express Shipping: 3 business days (once received by the carrier)
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous U.S.
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat $12 fee
- Express Shipping starts at $22.95
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via UPS SurePost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are sent within 24 hours after your order has shipped.
What if my order hasn’t been delivered or is missing?
If your order has not arrived within 2 business days of the expected delivery window, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist. If items are still in stock, we can help arrange a replacement.
Please note the following regarding missing or stolen packages:
- SeaVees must be notified within 7 days of the tracking status showing “delivered”
- We may need to allow 3–5 business days for the carrier to complete a delivery investigation
- Replacement orders or web credit may be issued once the issue is confirmed, provided we are notified within 5 business days of delivery status

What is your price adjustment policy?
If you purchase full-price items on SeaVees.com and the price decreases within 7 days, we’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment.
For promotional events requiring a discount code, we will honor the promotion if your order was placed within 24 hours of the sale start time.
Please note: discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments.
