Any items purchased on or after November 1, 2022 are subject to our normal return policy extending through January 31, 2023. Items that are final sale during our Holiday Sales can be size exchanged while supplies last.
Return shipping costs for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original item.
We offer a 30-day return/exchange window for your unused items. Our exchange and return process is fast, easy and free. If you're ready to get started, please visit our returns center.
Before processing your return, make sure your item(s) meet the following criteria:
- You made your purchase within the past 30 days.
- The item you purchased is still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- The item you purchased is still in its original shoebox. (unaltered)
- The item you purchased is not a Final Sale item
- Final Sale items are eligible for size exchange or return for web credit.
(Socks, hats, shirts and other goods are eligible for return if they are unused and still in their original packaging)
